Room cleanliness could seriously use improvement!!! Accumulated dust and dirt threatens guest comfort!!! Broken amenities like A/C units detract from the overall experience!!! Misleading marketing leaves guests underwhelmed!!!

had an enjoyable time. that hotel was in an absolutely perfect location, in the middle of jackson. plus, it was not far from robstown. loved the spotless and perfect rooms. it exceeded all expectations. the staff were constantly affable and incredibly nice.

Had a decent night in the room with that big ol' fridge just sittin' there. The folks behind the counter were friendly too, which surely helped my stay. I tell ya, though, the place could use a good scrub! Can't be sittin' on no dusty floors all day.

Couple stay far from ideal

A real highlight was the friendly service we got. The staff at the front desk, they were genuinely nice .

It was less than ideal for the price though, not particularly cheap.
